1) pratheesh for micromouse lecture – he wants a short meeting before the lecture

to discuss whats happening, he is available in the evenings and we need to tell him
when we want to meet

2) helix lab – they can have a tour between 5th and 16th of may, wee need to give him a
date

3) force technology – we need to send an email with a date that we are able to come

So we should start thinking about new people for September for micromouse

6) Daniel will put back the 7-9k of the robotics budget in the account. Lets set a
deadline for it.

7) Today or tomorrow we need to send the new funding request because the deadline
is may 1st

8) Today and tomorrow we should make a new bank account I will talk to Daniel about
that

9) I have looked through competitions that monika and i found and none of them are
in September and they are all too late to apply for or we wouldn’t be able to build the
robot that fast, so none of them should go in the September funding. I can look more
deeply and make a separate document with all of them, including robotics
happenings around europe to present to the teams and they can decide if they want
to apply to some of them or if we want to assemble another team to go to the
competitions. i don’t have time for that today tho and will probably be able to do it in
june.

11) Meeting with gear about case competition components, division, and room usage.
a. Needs to be this week, who should go?
b. Marius is very behind the budget from case competition but we should get some
money after I am done with that.
