Role Overview

We are looking for a Python Developer with at least 3 years of professional experience in backend
development, API integration, and scalable application design. The ideal candidate has a strong
grasp of Python fundamentals and hands-on experience with modern frameworks such as
Django or Flask.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy powerful backend
services and data pipelines that integrate seamlessly with frontend systems and cloud
infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

●​ Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance backend services using Python​

●​ Build and integrate RESTful APIs with web and mobile applications​

●​ Work with Django, Flask, or FastAPI to develop backend logic and business workflows​

●​ Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and performance​

●​ Collaborate with DevOps and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end features​

●​ Write reusable, testable, and efficient code with attention to performance and scalability​

●​ Implement security and data protection protocols​


●​ Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions​

●​ Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and fix bugs across the stack​

●​ Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the Python ecosystem​

Required Skills & Qualifications

●​ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field​

●​ 3 - 9 years of hands-on experience in Python development​

●​ Proficiency in Python 3.x with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming​

●​ Experience with one or more Python web frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI)​

●​ Solid experience building RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services​

●​ Familiarity with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis)


databases​

●​ Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)​

●​ Understanding of software design patterns, architectural principles, and best practices​

●​ Comfortable working in Agile teams and with CI/CD workflows​

Nice to Have

●​ Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure​

●​ Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)​

●​ Familiarity with asynchronous programming and tools (Celery, asyncio, RabbitMQ)​

●​ Exposure to testing frameworks (pytest, unittest, etc.)​

●​ Experience working with data pipelines, ETL, or ML integration is a plus​

●​ Basic understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, etc.)
