Hello Sir/Madam, how are you?

Thank you for giving your time to help us with our research. Let me
introduce ourselves. My name is … (introduce all members), We are
students from Sunway University. The purpose of this interview is to
collect data for our research. Our discussion is expected to be around 90-
120 minutes, and we will talk about your experiences in building your
business.
