Duration
The internship followed a structured approach based on the UI/UX design process. It
began with foundational learning of design elements, including visual hierarchy,
typography, and color theory, and progressed to more advanced concepts such as
wireframing, prototyping, and user research. Weekly tasks were designed to build
upon the previous knowledge, leading to the development and refinement of
individual projects. Key milestones included usability testing, A/B testing, and
incorporating user feedback. By the final weeks, the design system was solidified, and
the project was handed over to developers. The Gantt chart illustrates the timeline and
flow of these tasks across the 12-week internship.

The data needed to prepare this report has been collected from both primary and
secondary sources ensuring comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.
Primary data has been collected through unstructured personal interviews and
discussions with officials of XDezo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Discussions with
the lead designer Mr. Abhinas Gurung provided detailed information on how
they conduct usability testing and refine design prototypes based on user
feedback, which was highly relevant to my project.
The secondary data has been collected through XDezo Technologies official
website, their social media pages, and other reports related to UI/UX design. I
referred to the case blog posts on their website to understand their design
approach and how they implement industry best practices.

4.1.8 Documentation
In the Vision Entertainment project, documentation played a crucial role throughout
the development process. It involved creating clear and structured records of every
aspect of the project, including design specifications, development protocols, and
technical requirements. During the design phase, detailed documentation was
prepared to outline wireframes, user flows, and prototype guidelines. This ensured
that developers and other stakeholders had a clear understanding of the design
intentions. As the development phase progressed, technical documentation covered
coding standards, API integrations, and database structures, facilitating seamless
collaboration between team members. In addition to technical details, user testing and
feedback were meticulously documented, helping track issues, iterate on designs, and
refine features based on real- world usage. Finally, the project’s documentation was
compiled into a comprehensive guide that could be referenced for maintenance, future
updates, and scaling of the platform.
Collaboration between developers and designers was key during this stage to maintain
consistency with the original design while addressing any technical challenges.
Regular testing was conducted throughout the development process to identify and fix
bugs, ensuring the platform was user-friendly and operational before the final launch.
38
4.2.1 Figma
Figma is a versatile design tool used for creating wireframes, interactive prototypes,
and refining designs through real-time collaboration. It allows team members and
stakeholders to provide direct feedback, streamlining the design process. With its
prototyping feature, designers can simulate user flows, while Figma’s commenting
and version control ensure efficient iteration. The tool’s cloud-based nature makes it
accessible for remote collaboration, enhancing teamwork and speeding up the design
process.

4.2.3 Canva
Canva is a versatile design tool that simplifies the creation of visually appealing
graphics, presentations, and marketing materials. Canva is helpful for quick mockups,
social media assets, and presentations related to design projects. Its user-friendly
interface and a wide array of templates make it easy for designers to produce high-
quality visuals without needing extensive technical skills. Canva’s collaborative
features also allow teams to share designs and gather feedback efficiently.
40
4.2.4 Trello
Trello is a project management tool that helps streamline workflows and organize
tasks visually using boards, lists, and cards. In a UI/UX design context, Trello can be
used to track project progress, manage design tasks, and collaborate with team
members. Designers can create boards for different design phases—such as research,
wireframing, prototyping, and user testing—and move tasks across lists as they are
completed. Trello’s flexibility allows team members to attach files, add comments, set
deadlines, and integrate with other tools, making it a great tool for staying organized
and maintaining clear communication throughout the design process.

4.5 Problem Solved
Through a combination of user research, interface design, and iterative improvements,
I successfully addressed various challenges in multiple UI/UX projects. This involved
leveraging design tools like Figma and Adobe XD to create visually appealing and
user- friendly interfaces. I utilized my problem-solving skills to enhance user journeys
by conducting usability testing and refining wireframes based on user feedback,
resulting in more intuitive navigation and improved user engagement.
44
CHAPTER V
