1. What is the cycle of training?

Actually, when the training has been delivered then we
can develop the training plan/module for future training.
Most likely, we look for gaps and flaws in our training
sessions and develop and solve them for upcoming
trainings.

1. Relate the Training to their workspace as activities and use it


during the training session.
2. During the training session, practice active learning principles
and honor a variety of learning styles.
3. Increase trainee investment in the session by engaging them
in tasks requiring action.
4. Provide reference materials and job aids for review after the

5. During the session, discuss how to address real life scenarios,
and barriers participants believe they will encounter when
they apply the training.
6. For the training application’s constituency, make trainees
make two lists of activities for “What they will do differently?”
and “What they will change/won’t do?” and attach them in
their workplace. This way, the lists act like reminders to keep
the trainees/delegates stay focused on the new effective
working behavior which they got from the training.
To add more, the trainees/delegates can exchange their
records of new behaviors as notes or photos of their activities
based on their lists for better constituency.

evaluation should provide information that is credible and useful,
enabling the incorporation of lessons learned into the decision-making
process of both recipients and donors.

significance of an activity, policy or program.
