1. Introduction
This user manual provides an overview of the Profile and Facility module available at the Admin/MIS level.
The module is designed to offer comprehensive functionalities that enable effective management and analysis of
school-related data. Key features include viewing category-wise and management-wise school counts, tracking
certification statuses, and accessing snapshots of previous data for reference. These functionalities empower
Admin/MIS users to monitor and maintain accurate records, ensuring streamlined operations across all
schools.

2. Getting Started
2.1 Logging In
 Open URL – Enter the provided URL into the address bar.
 Enter Credentials – Input username and password.
 Click ‘Login’ – Dashboard >> Profile & Facility

3. Category-wise School Count

 In this section, the User can see the Category-wise school count of the current academic year by clicking
on it. Such as Total School operational.

4. Management-wise School Count
 In this section, the User can see the Management-wise school count of the current academic year by
clicking on it. Such as Total School operational.

5. Previous Data Snapshot

 Step 1: The user will click on the given link named “Previous Data Snapshot”
 Step 2: The system will be redirected to the next page.

 Step 2: Here, the User can see the list of states, total Schools (operational), needs updating, and
completed.
 Step 3: By clicking on the counts under the column "Total School (Operational)," the user can view the
list of schools that have been certified.

 Step 4: User also can download the “DCF Status School-Wise”, Certification Status District Block Wise
and Certification Status District Wise.

6. Certification Status
 The user can view the certification status, including the number of schools that have been certified and
those still pending.

7. Inconsistency Details
 Step 1: The user will click on the given link and the system will be redirected to the next page.

 Step 2: Here user can see the list of indicators and total schools.
 Step 3: The user can drill down to identify the specific school with the actual inconsistency.

8. Get DCF by UDISE Code

 Step 1: The user can click on the given link and the system will be redirected to the next page.

 Step 2: The user will enter the USDISE Code and click on the “Search Button”.
 Step 3: The User will get the details such as School Name, UDISE Code, State/UT, District, and Block.
 Step 4: The User can also download the pdf of the pre-filled DCF in Hindi and English as well.

 Note: This facility isn’t available at the State MIS Level
