Custom values are like personalized settings that you can adjust to make your
experience with our snapshot uniquely yours. They give you the power to tailor how the
snapshot behaves, ensuring it fits your needs perfectly. Whether it's tweaking
configurations or fine-tuning outputs, custom values empower you to make the
snapshot work just the way you want it to.

If you go to Settings, then Custom Values, you will see the values we have for you. For
each value, you can simply click the three dots on the side of each section to add your
own value to the custom values.

Whatever you add to these values will update the entire snapshot with that information,

whether it pertains to your website, funnels, automations, emails, and more.


Your Plumber Custom Values:

1. Customer Referral Campaign Offer: Input the offer for your referral campaign.
This will integrate into your referral offer workflow.
2. DR Campaign Offer: Add the offer for your DR (Direct Response) campaign. This
will automatically update within your DR campaign workflow.
3. Funnel Offer: The "2 step opt-in funnel" currently lacks an offer. Update this value
to include an offer for that specific funnel.
4. Google Review Link (Continuous Reputation Management): Insert the Google
review link for your plumbing business. This link will facilitate continuous
reputation management automation.
5. Google Review Link (Review Campaign): This is where you'll add the plumbing
business's review link, which will be the same as the one mentioned above.
6. Holiday Email Offer: Customize the offer you wish to run within the 13 beautifully
designed holiday emails.
7. Plumber Consultation Calendar Link: Add your plumber consultation calendar
link here. It will be utilized in certain automations.
8. Service Area: Specify the service area for your plumbing business.

to see how many left a review versus those who didn't.

3. Main Plumber Leads Pipeline: The main plumber leads pipeline serves as the
central hub for managing all your plumbing-related leads. Whether they come
from website forms, web chats, or other sources, this pipeline enables you to
organize, track, and prioritize these leads effectively to maximize conversion
opportunities.

With these three automated pipelines at your disposal, you can efficiently manage your
sales activities, nurture leads, and drive revenue growth for your plumbing business.

3. Calendars

calendar, they will receive an automated confirmation email or text message,

ensure that they are prepared and ready for their appointment.
● No-show Management: In the event of a no-show, the system will automatically

● Cancellation Handling: If a customer cancels their appointment, the system will
update their status accordingly. For example, on the Plumber Consultation
Calendar, if they book an appointment, they will be updated as "appointment
booked" in the pipeline. If they cancel, their status will be updated to "canceled,"
and if they fail to show up for the appointment, they will be marked as "no show"
in the pipeline.

When you go to "Sites," then "Websites," you will find a plumber website that can be
easily customized to your liking.

Easily collect leads by utilizing a plumber website form that will help you gather
information about customers, including their name, email, phone number, and the type
of services they are looking for.

Website Automations

If you navigate to the Automation tab, you will find a folder titled "Website Automations."
Inside the "Website Automations" folder, you will find three website automations.

Whenever someone interacts with your website form, webchat, or live chat, these
automations will trigger. They will tag the lead, update their information in your pipeline,
send them text and email follow-ups, and notify the plumber that a new lead has been
generated.
