1. Rhythmic Welcoming-

ARNAV-With hearts filled with joy and reverence we now extend a grand
welcome to our esteemed dignitaries Rev. Sr.Roseceline, President of Bethany
educational society, Rev. Sr. Sandhya , Secretary of Bethany educational
society, Rev. Sr. Irene, our beloved manager, Rev. Sr. Maria Nancy our
esteemed principal and other respected sisters who are been escorted with great
honour by our School band leading a majestic march past.

HARSHI-Their distinguished presence today marks a moment of pride and

inspiration for our Institution. As they proceed gracefully to their designated
seats, accompanied by the rhythmic beats of the band, we express our deep
gratitude and warmest welcome to these pillars of wisdom and leadership.

ARNAV-Let us all join in extending our heartfelt appreciation and respect as we

prepare to embark on this significant occasion in their esteemed company.

2. Significance of the Day

ARNAV-Good morning to all the dignitaries present. Before I begin this fruitful
day I dedicate this quote by John C. Maxwell to our special guest, “A true
leader is one who inspires others to dream more, learn more, do more and
become more".

HARSHI-With immense joy and profound gratitude we extend a heartfelt

welcome to Rev.sr. Rosceline , the esteemed President of Bethany educational
society and Superior General of the congregation of the Sisters of the Little
Flower of Bethany. We are also honoured to have Rev. Sr. Sandhya the
dedicated secretary of Bethany educational society.

ARNAV- Today, 21st March 2025 is indeed a momentous occasion as our school
premises is blessed by the benign presence of our dear sisters.

HARSHI-As we stand at the significant juncture, we recall with reverence our

beloved Father Founder, Servant of God RFC Mascarenhas , Sr.Rosceline, is
the torchbearer of his vision. Her pinnacle position of leadership has been
instrumental in steering Bethany educational society towards greater heights of
academic excellence, character formation and Holistic development.
ARNAV-Alongside Rev. Sr. Sandhya with her dedicated service and guidance
has played a vital role in a upholding and fostering the ideals of our institution.
Your visit dear sisters, is significant milestone, providing us with the
opportunity to reflect on our progress, celebrate achievements and seek your
invaluable insights to align our education with evolving needs of today.

3. Lamp Lighting and Prayer Song-

HARSHI- ‘Light is a symbol of truth, Knowledge and positivity. As we kindle

this lamp, may it illuminate our path to excellence’

ARNAV-To invoke Gods presence and express our gratitude for this blessed day
I request Rev.sr. Roseceline, President of Bethany Educational society, Rev.
Sr. Sandhya, The secretary, Rev. Sr. Irene, Our Manager Rev. Sr.Maria
Nancy, The Principal, Sr.Jessica,The Vice Principal Maam Preeti Srivastava ,
Teacher Representative and our fellow class student Gobind Singh Khurana
to light the lamp which will be accompanied by a soulful prayer song.

4. General Welcoming

SAMRIDDHI- ‘Some leaders inspire with their words, but great leaders
inspire with their presence’

DEV-It is both our honour and privilege to once again welcome our dear sisters
on behalf of all others present here. Their presence has made this day a
magnificent day.

SAMRIDDHI- Rev. Sr. Roseceline our esteemed persona-grata is not only a

leader but also a guiding light, whose pragmatic vision, and wisdom have
shaped and strengthened the Bethany Educational Society. She carries an aura
of grace and inspiration, leaving a lasting impact on everyone she encounters.

DEV-We are also honoured by the presence of Rev. Sr. Sandhya, Whose
relentless service contributes immensely to the growth and success of Bethany
Institutions. Dear sisters your presence fills this occasion with meaning and joy.
Now I request our honourable Principal to express her gratitude to our
illustrious sisters.
ABDUR- Thank you sister principal for introducing and extending warm
welcome.

5. Welcome Song

YASHIKA- ‘A warm smile, a cheerful heart and a song of joy is the best way
to welcome those who inspire us’. Let us express our love and heartfelt
gratitude to our loving sisters through a welcome song.

6. Skit: "Education Transforms Life"

DEV-The skit ‘Education Transforms Life’ beautifully portrays the

transformative power of education. Pertaining to the platinum Jubilee Theme;
Transformatitive education for fullness of life’ Let us watch and be inspired by
this presentation.

ABDUR- So, here are our budding blossoms of SMC pleading us to take care

SAMRIDDHI Our curriculum integrates modern educational methodologies
STEM learning, digital literacy and experimental learning all while upholding
the ethos of Faith, service and character formation that BES embodies. A
reflection of our journey in SMC nurturing young minds here are-Gauri
Maheshwari, Anika Yadav and Atharva Mishra to present the panoramic view
of our school.

HARSHI-‘From the divine banks of Ganga to the royal grandeur of Awadh ,

from the timeless beauty of Taj Mahal to the house of kumbh Mela, Uttar
Pradesh is a land where heritage and progress walk hand in hand’

ARNAV-To mark this glorious day- Let us enjoy this rich , traditional, folk
dance of UP Which not only adds to the colourful tapestry but also connects
generations.

loving Rev. sr. Roseceline, the esteemed President of Bethany Educational
Society to address us.

DEV-Dear Sister, Your inspiring words have left a lasting impression on every
heart.

momentous occasion, it is my privilege and honour to extend our heartfelt
gratitude to all who have contributed to making this event a success.

First and foremost, our deepest appreciation goes to Rev. Sr. Rosceline, the
President of the Bethany Educational Society, and Rev. Sr. Sandhya, the
Secretary of the Bethany Educational Society. Your presence here today has
been an immense source of encouragement and inspiration. Your unwavering
commitment to education and the values upheld by the Bethany Educational
Society continue to guide and uplift us. We are truly grateful for your time,
wisdom, and invaluable support.

A special thanks to our dear Principal, Sr. Maria Nancy, for her constant
guidance and for leading our institution with dedication and vision. To our
dedicated teachers and staff, your tireless efforts in shaping young minds do not
go unnoticed. Today’s event is a testament to your hard work, and we
appreciate your continued commitment to excellence in education.

A heartfelt thank you to our talented students who have put up wonderful
performances—be it the prayer song, skit, cultural dance, or the warm welcome
song. Your enthusiasm and creativity have truly added life to this event. We
also extend our gratitude to the organizing team, volunteers, and everyone who
worked behind the scenes to ensure the seamless execution of today’s program.

Finally, a sincere thanks to each and every one of you present here. Your
participation and warm presence have made this gathering truly special. With
immense gratitude in our hearts, we conclude this event, cherishing the
memories and looking forward to a future enriched by knowledge, values, and
growth.
