ADVERTISEMENT

Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the position of Project Associate to work on a
“RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF NEW EQUIPMENT FOR CONDITION
ASSESSMENT OF POWER CABLE", under the supervision of undersigned. The position is
purely temporary and is initially for a period of one year. The duration may be extended further if
the performance is very good. Please note that the maximum duration of the project is 1 year.

[The general scope of the project is to address design and development of a power electronic
circuit. The candidate is also expected to take care of administrative/clerical work related to
project apart from technical work, including placing orders for consumables and maintaining a
record as and when advised by the principal investigator of the project]

Post: Project Associate


Positions: max 2
Duration: Initially for a period of six months. May be extended further, based on performance and
continuation of the project.
Emoluments: 30,000(without Gate/Net) & 37000( with Gate/Net qualified )
Essential Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification with
60% marks (or 6.5 grade point out of 10).

OR

Candidates with M.Tech./M.E./M.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree with 60%


marks (or 6.5 grade point out of 10)
