Job Description: We seek a talented and passionate Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. As
a Machine Learning Engineer at Capsitech, you will design, develop, and implement machine learning models
and algorithms to solve complex problems across various domains. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers
to kick-start their careers in the exciting field of machine learning

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms using TensorFlow, Python, and other
ML technologies.
 Work on projects involving computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and other Al-related
tasks.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into
technical solutions.
 Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure optimal performance.
 Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and Al technologies.

Requirements:
 Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
 Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
 Experience with TensorFlow or other deep learning frameworks.
 Familiarity with computer vision and NLP techniques.
 Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skill (Not Mandatory):


 Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, etc.
 Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
 Understanding of reinforcement learning algorithms.
 Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark).
 Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
