ACTIVITY
Description Parents and Students Orientation aimed at welcoming both
new and returning learners, as well as establishing a
strong partnership between the school and parents.
Objectives To welcome students and parents to the new academic
year and build a strong sense of school community.
To orient parents and students about school rules,
policies, procedures, and expectations.
To introduce the school personnel, including teachers,
staff, and administrators, and their roles and
responsibilities.
To present the academic programs, grading system, and
support services offered by the school.
To encourage active parent involvement and establish
effective communication between the school and families.
To address any questions or concerns from parents and
students regarding the upcoming school year.
RESULTS
Achievement of The Parents and Students Orientation successfully met its
Objectives goals by providing a warm welcome, clear explanation of
school policies, and introduction of teachers and staff.
Parents and students were informed about academic
programs, support services, and expectations for the
school year. The event also encouraged strong home-
school partnerships and addressed concerns through an

Description The Acquaintance Party and Induction of New SSLG
Officers is a special event that brings together students,

Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) officers,
recognizing their roles and responsibilities as student
leaders. This is followed by the Acquaintance Party, where
fun games, music, and interactive activities help strengthen
bonds among students. The event aims to build a
welcoming environment for new students while celebrating
student leadership and school spirit.
Objectives To officially induct the newly elected SSLG officers and
recognize their leadership roles and responsibilities.
