Interviewer1: Hello, how do you do?


Interviewee: Hello, I’m fine, thank you. How about you?
Interviewer1: Yeah, we all are good.
Interviewer2: Are you SovannThireach?
Interviewee: Yes, I am.
Interviewer2: Okay, so let us call you Reach.
Interviewee: Yes, sir.
Interviewer3: How long did you wait for us?
Interviewee: It’s about 30 minutes.
Interviewer3: Sorry for letting you wait that long.
Interviewee: No, sir. I’m fine with it and there are many
interviewees today with me outside.
Interviewer1: Have you ever interviewed before?
Interviewee: No, sir. This is my first time.
Interviewer1: Ohh, but you don’t look so nervous. Shall
we start the interview now?
Interviewee: Yes, sir.
Interviewer2: Please introduce yourself.
Interviewee:….
Interviewer2: Do you have any experience?
Interviewee: No, I don’t. But I was doing a lot of
assignments during I was studying at one institute. And I
chose major MIS at SETEC institute and I did many stuffs
during that such as Graphic Design, Studio Multimedia,
Coding, Website, Database, Windows Server, and
Computer Maintenance.
Interviewer1: You’ve just mentioned about Studio
Multimedia, and what is it?
Interviewee: Yes, sir. It is about producing something in
studio such as photo shooting, video filming, edit photos,
edit videos, making some scenes in the studio. Like
producing TV spots, Pre-wedding, Poster, Banner,
Commercial.
Interviewer1: Oh, I see. And you can do all these stuffs or
you are best at some of them.
Interviewee: Yes, sir. I am best at video editing, I can do
with Adobe Premiere and After Effect for making and edit
videos for commercial and short films. In short, I work
with only computer, but I know how to prepare scene,
stage, the light, photo shoot although I am not good at
them but I understand them as well.
Interviewer3: Beside video editing, what can you do?
Interviewee: I also can photoshop, making logo, making
some poster, but I am not professional with them.
Moreover, I can maintain computer and something about
Networking as well.
Interviewer3: Wow, interesting. You are inexperience but
you did many works like some of company staff did.
Interviewee: Thank you, sir.
Interviewer2: Can you give an example about your work,
like making a Music Video?
Interviewee:…..
Interviewer2: So did you have any problems when you
were working? And What were they?
Interviewee: Sometimes, it’s about weather, losing the
any footages of videos, or lacking of scene.
Interviewer1: So how did you solve them?
Interviewee: I use technique to edit the videos, use the
old footage to fill in, and for the weather, sometimes, I
change place or change the feelings of MV to be fit with
the weather, especially raining.
Interviewer1: If you don’t tell me, it’s your first interview
and, you are inexperience, I maybe think you are a
professional one.
Interview3: I think so. He sounds like a professional one. I
heard about your good explanation in making MV. Now I
would like to know about your passion. What is your
strength and weakness?
Interviewee:….
Interviewer2: Why should we choose you?
Interviewee: I am young and hard to give up……
Interviewer2: and why do you want to work for our
company?
Interviewee: Exactly, your company is famous and I really
want to grow with you together. I hope I can give good
experience from your company and I like environment
around here.
Interviewer1: Can you work under pressure?
Interviewee: Pressure is about our feelings or mental, but
I am working with my passion, I won’t give it up easily
and happy to do everything which is related to it.
Interviewer2: I appreciate your efforts. The interview
comes nearly an end, I have the last question for you.
How much do you expect for salary?
Interviewee: Excuse me, I would like tell you the straight.
I want at least 350$ per month.
Interviewer2: Good expectation. I hope we could work
together in the future. Do you have any question to ask?
Interviewee: What is the benefit of new employees?
Interviewer1: You can learn about company, improve
your skills, good salary, good work environment, have
bonus and commission, especially you might have chance
to get scholarship studying abroad from company
support.
Interviewee: How does the company acknowledge
outstanding employee performance?
Interview2: You might get some bonus or promoted with
great performance. Additionally, exceptional
achievements are often celebrated through company-
wide announcements, monetary rewards, and
opportunities for professional development.
