CONSTITUTION OF BOARD MEMBERS

Josephite Justice Society Club


Article 1: Purpose

The purpose of this constitution is to establish the responsibilities, expectations, and guidelines for all
board members of the Justice Society Club to ensure smooth operation, fair leadership, and the
successful fulfillment of the club’s mission.

Article 2 : Board Positions

I. Chief Conveyor

➔ Oversees all club operations

➔ Leads meetings and events

➔ Acts as the primary liaison between the club and school administration

➔ Approves activity plans, schedules and finance department

II. President

➔ Oversees all club operations

➔ Leads meetings and events

➔ Acts as the primary liaison between the club and school administration

➔ Approves activity plans and schedules


III. Secretary

➔ Maintains attendance records and meeting minutes

➔ Prepares official club documents, notices, and itineraries

➔ Assists in organizing club resources and materials

IV. Vice President

➔ Assists the President in all duties

➔ Presides over meetings in the President’s absence

➔ Manages event logistics and activity planning

V. Events Coordinator

➔ Plans and organizes club events, workshops, guest talks, campaigns, and trips

➔ Collaborates with other members for smooth event execution

➔ Prepares event proposals for the Secretary, President, Chief Conveyor and Vice
President to approval

VI. Social Media Manager

➔ Manages all Socials (Instagram, Facebook, Gmail)

➔ Boost club’s image

➔ Prepares engaging content.


VII. ECM Head

➔ Manages all ECMs

➔ Prepares who will be where at every activity

➔ Ensures that the activities are operated smoothly

Article 3 : Code of Misconduct

I. Corruption - Any case of corruption (bribery, abuse of power, embezzlement, connections to


attain a status, status through power) will result in immediate expulsion from position. If an
individual is aware of any of such activities and does not contact the President or Secretary
will face similar repercussions.

II. Propaganda - Spreading of false information with wicked intent will result in suspension in
mild cases while expulsion in severe ones. Spreading vulgar information regarding fellow
members will result in expulsion.

III. Confidentiality - Sensitive information explicitly stated to remain confidential if spread is to


result in suspension in mild cases while expulsion in severe ones.

IV. Ignorance of Authorship - Behaving immorally and/or disrespectfully (talking down to them,
vulgar words towards them or behind their back, ignorance of their words of warning and
ignorance of your assigned duty by them.) to your superiors will result in immediate
suspension in mild cases while expulsion in severe ones.
V. Continuous Absence - If an individual is absent without cause and/or reason, they will receive
a warning. Continuation of this activity for a prolonged time will result in expulsion.

VI. Disrespectful Behavior - Individuals behaving immorally (harassing, bullying, discrimination,


assault, vulgar speech with evil intent, power abuse, ignoring authority) whilst bearing the
club’s name towards any other individual (board members, club members, ECMs, guests,
teachers, students) will result in suspension.

VII. Theft - Stealing of anything will result in suspension in mild cases and expulsion in severe
cases.

VIII. Board Member Conduct - All board members must abide by this Article and heed its rules.

Article 4 : Code of Conduct

I. All board members must maintain professional, ethical, and inclusive conduct

II. A minimum attendance rate of 80% of club meetings and events is mandate

III. Board members must fulfill their duties responsibly; negligence or misconduct (as per stated
in Article 3 : Code of Misconduct) may result in dismissal by the Club Supervisor and
remaining board.

Article 6 : Meetings
I. Club meetings shall be held monthly with clear agendas prepared by the Secretary.

II. Emergency meetings may be called by the President, Vice-President, Secretary or Chief
Conveyor

III. ⅔ Board members must attend all meetings unless excused

Article 7 : Finances

I. All expenses must be approved by the President and Club Supervisor

II. A financial report will be submitted each term to the President and Club Supervisor

III. Any theft or embezzlement will be dealt in accordance to Article 3 : Code of Misconduct
Clause I and VII

Article 8: Membership

I. Open to all students of Saint Joseph International School, regardless of gender, race, religion,
or background

II. Members are expected to respect the opinions, privacy, and safety of others

III. Membership can be revoked for serious misconduct, subject to a review by the board and
Club Supervisor as per the Article 3 : Code of Misconduct

Article 9 : Amendments
● This constitution may be amended by a two-thirds majority board vote.

● All amendments require approval from the President and/or Club Supervisor.
