Dear Sir,

Greetings!
I hope this message finds you well. We are 4th year, BSCE students from University of Negros
Occidental- Recoletos, Incorporated. We are writing to formally ask from you a permission to
use your ongoing construction projects (construction about to start or ongoing with less than
50% completion) in partial fulfillment of the requirements of this degree. The project we are
looking for must be a building project minimum of 2-storey and minimum of 1500 square
meter floor area.

1. Detailed Unit Price Analysis (DUPA)


2. Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
3. PERT/CPM
4. Structural and Architectural Plans
5. Scheduling
6. Other related documents

We would like to ask permission to use one of your projects in our study. In line with this, the
documents stated above were needed to support our objectives.

will treat them with the utmost confidentiality. If necessary, we are willing to sign any required
confidentiality agreements or forms.
