Below is a list of job descriptions and requirements for the field workforce (some or all may apply
to your position).

Company Skills/Requirements
○ Must have 1-2 years of experience in the retail industry
○ Must have excellent interpersonal and customer support skills
○ Must be able to read and understand plan-o-grams, ready floorplans and have some knowledge of blueprints
○ Prior racking experience is preferred for Walmart/Lowes positions
○ Must have good written and oral communication skills
○ May have to complete an internal certification program or acquire certification to operate machinery (e.g. forklifts)
○ Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, daily access to the internet, and basic tools
(e.g. Cordless Drill, hammers, box cutter, screw drivers, etc.); specialty tools may be required – the company provides a
purchase program
○ Must be able to work independently or as a member of a team
○ Must be 18 years or older
○ Must have basic computer skills, access to a computer, internet, email, a printer and the ability to take and upload photos
○ Must have basic carpentry skills for the assembly position

Company Work Environment/Physical Demands

○ Stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time
○ Lifting, pulling, and pushing materials and equipment
○ Lifting 50lbs of weight (frequently); repetitive motions
○ Precarious or high locations may be required; will be required to frequently climb and descend ladders

Position Summary
The responsibility of the Retail Merchandiser will encompass a vast array of duties. They will take direction from the Team
Lead and work with their fellow teammates to provide big box retails with resets, remodels, installation, stocking, and
organizing the store.

Essential Job Responsibilities

○ Potential duties may include (but are not limited to): assembly or moving large metal pallet racking in new stores;
kitchen/bath sink resets and fashion plumbing; fashion lighting; garden/shed resets/assembly; appliance resets; remodeling
of end caps; merchandising remodeled stores/reset areas of the remodeled store; moving, assembling, and rebuilding
gondolas; installing new graphics/relocating graphics; moving/building/installing clothing racks; freshening interactive
displays; reset cantilever fixtures; etc.
○ Assist other members with assigned tasks

Job Title Service Merchandiser Reports To District Manager

Position Summary
The Merchandiser will be responsible for providing light merchandising services to our clients. They will typically work alone
and have assigned stores within a geographical area merchandising product in new and remodeled stores. The job
responsibilities for this job will vary. The following list provides an outline of the typical duties for project work; specific
duties related to each project will be provided prior to the scheduled date.

Essential Job Responsibilities

○ Review project packets prior to all assignments for details of what each project will entail
○ Participate in any project specific training prior to arriving at the retail location to perform the work
○ Report issues that arise during the project to your District Manager
○ Maintains a positive working relationship with all store employees and customers
○ Responsible for logging billable time via a call-in or online system; will be required to log arrival time, all break, and
departure time
○ Assist in plan-o-grams / configuration and set ups
○ Complete all assigned tasks (e.g. cleaning shelves/placing products, setting up merchandise, cleaning and prepping the work

Job Title Assembler Reports To District Manager

Position Summary
The Assembler will be responsible for in-store and residential assembly services. The Assembler will follow the instructions
provided to them by the manufacturer, properly assemble the piece of equipment, and ensure the client/customer is satisfied
with the assembly before moving on to the next assignment.

Essential Job Responsibilities

○ Assembles products in store and residentially – products include, but are not limited to, furniture, gas grills, bicycles,
exercise equipment, recreational equipment, etc.
○ Assembles all products to the manufacturer’s specifications to ensure the product can be used safely
○ Understands and maintains plan-o-gram integrity (as required)
○ Maintains effective methods of contact with District Coordinator through email, voicemail, cell phones, etc; Must receive and
return calls promptly
○ Reports and/or handles customer complaints
○ Maintain excellent work habits and arrives at appointment punctually
○ Completes assignments as agreed and assures customers/clients are completely satisfied
○ Arrives promptly to all job locations at expected time and reports all completed work on time as expected; Reports the
possibility of missing an assignment to their District Coordinator with enough time to allow adequate rescheduling

Job Title Merchandiser Installer Reports To District Manager

Position Summary
The Merchandiser/Installer will be responsible for providing merchandising and installation services to our clients. They will
take direction from an on-site lead and install new fixtures and merchandising products in new and remodeled store. The job
responsibilities for this job will vary but may include technical troubleshooting, and component installation tasks associated
with consumer electronic products. The following list provides an outline of the typical duties for project work; specific duties
related to each project will be provided prior to the scheduled date.

Essential Job Responsibilities

○ Review project packets prior to all assignments for details of what each project will entail
○ Participate in any project specific training prior to arriving at the retail location to perform the work
○ Visit assigned stores on scheduled dates, in company specified attire with necessary tools and information
○ Follow the direction of the Team Lead to complete all assigned tasks (e.g. cleaning shelves/placing products, building and
installing new fixtures, setting up merchandise, cleaning and prepping the work area, etc.)
○ Review project packets prior to all assignments for details of what each project will entail
