Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React.js Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate should have extensive experience in front-end development, a deep understanding
of React.js, and the ability to build scalable and high-performance applications. You will be
responsible for designing and implementing user interface components, collaborating with
cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with the development team to discuss and define user interface ideas and
application requirements.

 Develop, test, and maintain highly responsive user interface components using React.js
and associated libraries.

 Write clean, modular, and scalable JavaScript/TypeScript code following best practices.

 Optimize front-end performance and ensure seamless user experience across different
devices and browsers.

 Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

 Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly and visually appealing
designs.

 Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.

 Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into the front-end application.

 Ensure adherence to Agile development methodologies and participate in sprint


planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.

 Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React.js, JavaScript, and
front-end development.

 Maintain clear documentation of application changes and updates.

 Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

 3+ years of professional experience in React.js development.

 Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS/SASS.

 Hands-on experience with Redux, React Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle
methods.

 Proficiency in consuming and integrating RESTful APIs.

 Experience with state management tools such as Redux, MobX, or Zustand.

 Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

 Familiarity with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and Gulp.

 Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme.

 Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control.

 Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

 Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

 Experience with Next.js or React Native.

 Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, or GraphQL.

 Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Firebase).

 Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
