Dear Parents/Guardians and Students,

Greetings!

As the academic year comes to an end, we would like to extend our sincere congratulations to
our graduating students for their dedication and hard work. We also want to inform you about
the necessary expenses related to the upcoming graduation activities and other school-related
obligations.

To ensure transparency and proper planning, below is a summary of the required expenses
along with their respective payment schedules:

Summary of Graduation and School-Related Expenses

1. Graduation Pictorial and Attire

 Graduation Picture Fee: ₱ 4,500.00 Package A (individual and class photos)

o Payment Deadline: May 20, 2025

o Note: Students must pay this amount at the Treasury Office and present the
official receipt on the scheduled pictorial day.

o Policy: No Receipt, No Pictorial.

 Graduation Attire (Toga Rental): ₱ 5,700.00

o Payment Deadline: May 20, 2025

2. Graduation Fee

The graduation fee includes the following items:

 Diploma and Holder: ₱ 1,500.00

 Yearbook: ₱ 2,000.00

 Toga: ₱ 1,500.00

 Venue and Decoration: ₱ 1,257.00

 Alumni Fee: ₱ 1, 350.00

 Recognition Certificates: ₱ 1,100.00


 Graduation Reception: ₱ 680.00

 Miscellaneous Administrative Costs: ₱ 1,400.00

Total Graduation Fee: ₱ 20,987.00

 Payment Schedule:

o [March 07, 2025]: ₱ 10,200.00

o [April 07, 2025]: ₱ 10,787.00

o Final Deadline: [May 20, 2025]

3. Tuition Balance

For students with outstanding tuition balances, we kindly remind you to settle these amounts on
or before [May 20, 2025] to avoid delays in processing graduation documents.

• Total Balance Fee: ₱ 30,450.00


• Payment Deadline: [May 20, 2025]

4. On-the-Job Training (OJT) Fee (including Rent, & Eligibility)

The OJT fee covers supervision, training materials, and other related expenses.

For students residing in school-provided housing, rent balances must be settled by [May 20,
2025] from January – May, 4,112.50 a month. Failure to do so may result in additional penalties.

• Total Rental Fee: ₱ 20,450

Important Reminders

 All payments must be made directly to the school’s Treasury Office during office hours.

 Separate receipts will be issued for each payment category (e.g., Graduation Fee, OJT
Fee, Tuition, etc.)

 Please disregard unofficial payment channels or accounts that are not formally provided
by the school.
