Greetings!
As the academic year comes to an end, we would like to extend our sincere congratulations to
our graduating students for their dedication and hard work. We also want to inform you about
the necessary expenses related to the upcoming graduation activities and other school-related
obligations.
To ensure transparency and proper planning, below is a summary of the required expenses
along with their respective payment schedules:
o Note: Students must pay this amount at the Treasury Office and present the
official receipt on the scheduled pictorial day.
2. Graduation Fee
Yearbook: ₱ 2,000.00
Toga: ₱ 1,500.00

3. Tuition Balance
For students with outstanding tuition balances, we kindly remind you to settle these amounts on
or before [May 20, 2025] to avoid delays in processing graduation documents.
The OJT fee covers supervision, training materials, and other related expenses.
For students residing in school-provided housing, rent balances must be settled by [May 20,
2025] from January – May, 4,112.50 a month. Failure to do so may result in additional penalties.
Important Reminders
All payments must be made directly to the school’s Treasury Office during office hours.
Separate receipts will be issued for each payment category (e.g., Graduation Fee, OJT
Fee, Tuition, etc.)
Please disregard unofficial payment channels or accounts that are not formally provided
by the school.
