Troubleshooting for Wall & Alarm Scoreboard clocks

If clock has only partial lights, no lights at all, worked but stopped working, no longer works due to power surge, was
taken down to move and stopped working, please try the following:

Reset Instructions

1. Make sure clock is unplugged.

2. Remove screws from back
3. Inside you will find a small plastic connector (2 if you have an alarm clock). You may have to peel
up a red translucent film that is tacked down to get to the connector, located on the lower right
hand corner. You may even have some glue on the connector, just pop the glue loose.
4. Disconnect the plastic connector completely, blow on it so that any dust is removed and then snap
it back together securely.
5. On the alarm clock if you wish to disable the sound and alarms just simply unplug the connector
that controls the alarms, located left and center of the clock.
6. Finally, you will also find inside the clock a 3V lithium battery. Remove the battery, clean it off and
reinsert it or replace it with a new battery.

To Clear alarm settings:

If the wake light is on:

Press the ‘C’ button; this takes you into the alarm mode. ‘A1 will appear in the lower corner, and an alarm will go off.
Press ‘B’ to shut off sound. If there is a time in the field of the clock, press ‘B’ again to clear the time; dashes will
appear in the time fields. If there are already dashes, press ‘C’ again to get to the next alarm. Continue this process
through all alarms. When all alarms have been cleared, press ‘D’ to finalize and go back to regular time.

If the wake light is off, but a random alarm is going off; this means there is a birthday reminder left. To clear this, after
all alarms have been cleared, before pressing ‘D’ to finalize, continue the ‘C’/‘B’ process. At this point ‘b1’ will appear
where it was showing ‘A1’ before. Again press ‘B’ once to turn off sound, and if a date appears in the date fields,
press ‘B’ again to clear the date. Dashes will appear in date fields when clear. Continue the ‘C’/‘B’ process again until
all birthday settings have been cleared. Again, press ‘D’ to finalize and go back to regular time.

If the clock is chiming every hour on the hour; while the clock is chiming, simply press the ‘B’ button twice to
deactivate this feature. Pressing it once will turn if off for that hour, pressing it again will turn the feature off in the
clock.

Military Time: If the clock needs to be changed to or from military time Press the ‘B’ button and hold it for 3 seconds.
