SHS Recognition Day Script

[Opening Remarks]

May I request everyone to please settle down as we are about to begin the program.

Awards are to be given today to recognize one’s accomplishment. It defines the ability and capabilities of our dearest
BENILDIANS who have excelled in academics, extracurricular activities, and co-curricular activities. We are gathered in
this momentous event to co-celebrate and be inspired by the successes of the students who have gone the extra mile
and who have endlessly exerted much of their efforts in every genre they are in.

Good afternoon, everyone!

Distinguished guests, respected school administrators, beloved teachers, proud parents, and most especially, our dear
Senior High School students—welcome to our Senior High School Recognition Day with the theme: “ 22 Years of
Providing Benildian Education” I am Mr. James Alexander Deza, your master of ceremonies.

I. PROCESSIONAL

May we request everyone to please rise as we welcome the entrance of our outstanding students, the pride of Grade 11.
Let us give them a warm applause as they march with pride and joy. Leading the procession of the awardees the
SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, AND MATHEMATICS.

Let us also welcome the awardees from the TECHNICAL, VOCATIONAL, AND LIVELIHOOD TRACK

Let us continue to applaud our awardees from the ACCOUNTANCY, BUSINESS, AND MANAGEMENT

Last, please welcome the awardees from the HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES.

“Leading our procession this morning/afternoon, please welcome the esteemed faculty staff of SBIS, who dedicate
themselves tirelessly to academic excellence, student development, and scholarly achievement.”

(Allow time for faculty to enter and be seated or take their positions.)

“Following the faculty, we welcome our respected academic officials — department heads, deans, and academic
coordinators — who shape our institution’s educational vision and uphold the highest standards of academic integrity.”

(Pause as academic officials enter.)

“Next, we are honored to present our administrative leaders — the dedicated professionals who manage the daily
operations and strategic direction of [Institution Name]. Their leadership ensures our institution thrives.”

(Pause as administrators enter.)

“And now, please join me in welcoming the distinguished members of the Board of Directors, whose guidance,
governance, and commitment to excellence continue to drive [Institution Name] toward a strong and successful future.”

(Board of Directors enters and proceeds to the stage or designated seating.)


II. OPENING PRAYER

To formally commence our program, may I request everyone to please rise for the invocation. Let us seek Divine
guidance as we begin. May I now call Anna Claret D. Malabo, student with High Honors from the ABM strand to the
stage to lead us in prayer.

III. NATIONAL ANTHEM

Please remain standing for the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, to be led by Ms. Cherilyn Villanueva.

To begin, I would like to acknowledge the presence of our school officials, headed by our esteemed Board of Directors,
Mancom Management.

We also welcome our teachers who have continuously inspired and guided our students, and the ever-supportive
parents and guardians—thank you for your unconditional love and encouragement.

IV. WELCOME ADDRESS

To ignite our spirits and set the tone for today’s celebration, let us welcome a true champion of academic excellence—
our Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Angelo C. Penaredonda—as he delivers his inspiring welcome address. Let’s
give him a powerful round of applause!"

V. PRESENTATION OF AWARDS

Now, the moment we’ve all been waiting for. Let us proceed to the Presentation of Academic Achiever Awards

We will begin with the Academic Excellence Awards from the STEM strand. May I call on stage, Mr. KEVIN DANIELLE
SINGSON, to present the list of academic achievers.

TVL – Ms. Asi Canta

ABM – Mr. Christopher Nuevo

HUMSS – Ms. Nerrisa Rosa

Thank you so much, sir/mam.

[Call out each awardee by name, with appropriate background music. Include categories like With Honors, With High
Honors, With Highest Honors, etc.]
VI. WORDS OF GRATITUDE

At this meaningful point in our program, let us hear from someone who has truly exemplified excellence, dedication, and
perseverance. Representing all strands and standing tall as the top-ranking student, please welcome Rasselle Mae M.
Ibanez, student with High Honors from ABM, to deliver an inspiring message. Let’s honor her achievement with a warm
round of applause!"

VII. COMMUNITY SINGING

At this point in our program, we now proceed to a meaningful and unifying part of our gathering—the Community
Singing. Let us come together as one voice, one heart, and one spirit as we sing in harmony.

VIII. ANNOUNCEMENT

Now, to keep us informed and up to date, let us hear some important announcements from our Integrated Basic
Education Principal, Dr. Edna M. Manaig. Let us give her a round of applause

IX. BENILDIAN HYMN

Please rise and join us in singing the Benildian Hymn, to be led by Felicity Secreto, a proud HUMSS student.

Let this day be a reminder that every effort counts, and every dream is valid.

Congratulations once again, and may you continue to shine and be an inspiration to others. This has been James
Alexander Deza, your proud emcee for today’s recognition. Thank you, and Padayon, Benildians!
