Remove/install
1 Switch off ignition and store transmitter key
outside of transmission range (min. 2 m)
2 Move steering wheel all way down and to rear
3 Slide clip remover between instrument panel Clip remover *452589016300
and cover (2) (arrows), unclip and remove
cover (2)
4 Remove bolts (3) Installation: Push display module (1)
forwards and tighten bolts (3).
5 Lift up the retaining tabs of the bolts (3) slightly
using a suitable tool and tilt display module (1) Do not apply too much force when lifting up
as far as possible out of the instrument panel the retaining tabs of the bolts (3).
to gain access to the electrical connectors Otherwise, the display module (1) may be
damaged.
6 Disconnect electrical connections The number of electrical connectors may
vary depending on the equipment.
7 Remove display module (1)
8 Install in the reverse order
