We make available printers and other print related services to individuals, companies and

organizations for short/long term uses like seminars, conferences, workshops, annual lease or

outright purchase, etc. and ensure they function optimally under lease or purchase agreement.

We have your back when you key into any of our services.

OUR FUNCTIONS

LEASE

We procure and deploy our printer(s) to clients and continue to avail them technical services,

spare parts and other basic requirements according to the agreement for as long as the contract

lasts.

OUTRIGHT SALE

We supply upon payment, our printers to clients and allow them to choose from our after sales

service options, which includes comprehensive and non-comprehensive annual maintenance

contract with terms and conditions clearly defined in the contract document, making sure the

partnership is mutually beneficial.

LEASE
The partners shall estimate the client’s monthly print volume upon which a committed
volume will be determined and Perfect Equipment Ltd will provide printers with the
capacity to carry out the job. The committed volume will be changed monthly based on
the estimate, any print in excess shall be paid for additionally.
Aside providing the equipment, Perfect Equipment Ltd has the responsibility for providing
periodic and technical maintenance, spare parts and toners for the printers exclusive of
paper, power and space.
Perfect equipment shall respond promptly to call for technical attention to the machine in
accordance with the contract agreement. Cost per copy = B/White - ₦20, Color ₦60

Comprehensive annual maintenance contract.


The client shall provide the printer while Perfect Equipment Ltd shall provide all technical
maintenance, spare parts and toners exclusive of papers, power and space.
A monthly print volume shall be estimated upon which a committed volume shall be
determined and charged at the end of the month, prints in excess shall be paid for
additionally.
Perfect Equipment shall respond promptly to call for technical attention to the machine in
accordance with the contract agreement. Cost per copy = B/White - ₦10, Color ₦30

Non-comprehensive annual maintenance contract.


The client shall provide the printer and shall be responsible for the provision of all
consumables including spare parts, toners, papers, power and space. Perfect Equipment
Ltd shall provide all technical and periodic maintenance on the printers.
A yearly maintenancefee of N75,000 shall be paid in advance for one printer.
A yearly maintenancefee of N100,000 shall be paid in case of two printers.
A yearly maintenancefee of N150,000 shall be paid in case of three printers and
additional
N50,000 shall be added progressively as the number of printer increases.
However Perfect Equipment Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject printers added to
this arrangement.
Perfect equipment ltd shall respond promptly to call for technical attention to the machine
in accordance with the contract agreement.

Please note
It is however advised that spare parts and toners be sourced from our company to avoid
fake and adulterated products and its consequences and ensure smooth running of the
operation.
