Note:-

1. All applicants who have been issued Admit Card should

appear for Entry Test as per the Schedule Below.
2. Those students who have not got admit cards yet, their
applications are under verification. Such students will also get
their Admit Cards in a couple of days.
3. In case of non – receipt of Admit Card, the applicants are
advised to visit Academics Branch on the day of entry test as
per the schedule below before the start of entry test.
4. All Merit Lists will be displayed at 1800hrs on NUML’s web on
the scheduled dates.

6. Instructions: -
 Last date for Submission of Application Forms is 13 Dec 2021.
Online Admission (Initial Stage):
 a. Please visit NUML admission website: onlineadmission.numl.edu.pk and apply online. Scanned copies of
photograph and processing fee (Rs.1000) are required at the time of online form filling. While scanned copies of
other educational documents (roll number slip if result awaiting student), CNIC/Form-B, domicile and ETC result
card are to be provided after selection in a program before payment of the program / course fee.
b. An applicant can opt for priorities within the same faculty on 1 x admission form. Entry test will be allowed on
priority-1. Which automatically be considered for next priority on merit. Admission will be subject to selection on
merit and availability of seat.
c. For opting priority in other faculty, a separate admission form / processing fee will applicable. Other terms &
conditions will remain the same.
d. No priority will be allowed in MS / MPhil / PhD and Functional level programs.
e. NUML GAT Fee: Applicant for MS/MPhil/PhD programs availing NUML devised GAT will also have to deposit
Rs.1200 as GAT fee.
NB: Application submitted after due date OR incomplete will not be accepted / entertained.
a. ETC: The applicants for undergraduate programs, who have already qualified / cleared relevant category of ETC
(Educational Testing Council, HEC) will be exempted from NUML entrance test. However, they will have to appear
in interview as per schedule.
b. Admit Card: After receiving admission forms / documents, Admit Card (processing sys ID) will be sent on NUML
Login ID.
c. Interview. Students must bring along Original Educational Certificates / Degrees etc at the time of interview.
NB: Without original documents, interview will not be conducted.
 Fee: Final admission is subject to the payment of prescribed fee by the selected candidates in advance for the whole
semester immediately after selection as per given schedule. Deposited fee can be withdrawn as mention below
(in writing request only). However, the students on provisional admission in the allowed programs (for result awaited
only) failing to obtain the required percentage as per eligibility criteria advertised will be refunded 100% of fee if they
claim for refund (only in writing) within 7 days of declaration / announcement of result the result by the concerned Board
/ University.
Ser %age of Tuition Fee Timeline for Semester / Trimester System
a. Full (100%) Fee Refund Upto 7th day of commencement of semester
b. Half (50%) Fee Refund From 8th– 15th day of commencement of semester
c. No Fee (0%) Refund From 16th day of commencement of semester.
d. Transport facility on specific routes in Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Wah / Taxila is available on payment.
e. Result Lists of Entrance Test / Interviews / Final Selection: It is the responsibility of candidates to check the
result lists (Entrance Test / Interview / Final Selection) for admission on NUML website which will be displayed at
6:00 p.m on the scheduled dates.
f. Admissions in Higher Studies / BS Bridging Programs will be confirmed after provision of Migration
Certificate / NOC (in original) within a period of 20 days after commencement of session / semester.
7. Important Notes:
a. Change of Shift from Afternoon / Evening to Morning is not allowed in any stage.
b. Mandatory Attendance. To appear in the end-term / final examination 75% attendance is mandatory for all
programs.
c. Roll No. Slip / Hope Certificate (Provisional Applicants): Students who have appeared in Board / University
examinations must attach (scanned copy) with the online application form a letter of recommendation ( in terms of
Hope Certificate) from the Head of the Institution last attended regarding required passing marks and provide a
copy of Roll No. slip of the Examination in which they have appeared.
d. No provisional admissions will be entertained in MS/MPhil/PhD and Functional language
programs).
e. 3rd Division in terminal degree (last degree / DMC) is not acceptable in any degree level program.
f. Cancellation of Admission: The applicants are advised to confirm eligibility before online processing of
admission form. Admission will be cancelled without any refund (Except security fee) at any stage if a
candidate/student is found ineligible as per advertisement OR any degree / certificate proves to be fake /
unrecognized.
g. Incentive for Position Holders. Merit Scholarship will be awarded to position holders of Board subject to the
conditions (available on NUML website). Needs based scholarship is available for deserving candidates.
h. Quota System: 5% seats in each program have been reserved for war wounded personnel of Armed Forces /
other Civil Forces and 10% seats for FATA / Baluchistan students: -
i. All NUML/HEC rules apply. ii. Minimum eligibility criteria.
iii. Schedule of test/interview of NUML. Iv. No Fee Concession.
j. University is not bound to start a program in a particular discipline if it finds any constraint.
k. Hostel Admission. Limited hostel facilities are available at Main Campus, Islamabad for Male & Female students
coming from far-flung areas, selected for admission in minimum one-year program. Such students shall collect
hostel application form from the office of Director Students Affairs (Room # 10, New Jinnah Block), after
submission of semester / course fee.
