Job Description:

As a Manual Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our projects through
manual testing. You will play a crucial role in identifying defects, performing test cases, and
ensuring that our products meet the highest standards before they go live.

Responsibilities:

●​ Develop and execute test cases based on project requirements and technical
specifications.
●​ Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on various applications.
●​ Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
●​ Collaborate with developers to understand product functionality and provide feedback for
improvements.
●​ Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and
test reports.
●​ Perform cross-browser testing to ensure application compatibility.
●​ Continuously improve testing processes and propose solutions for process
improvements.
●​ Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.

Requirements:

●​ 6 months to 1 year of experience in manual testing.


●​ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
●​ Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing
methodologies.
●​ Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
●​ Knowledge of writing and executing test cases.
●​ Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues.
●​ Good communication and teamwork skills.
●​ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
●​ Experience in API testing and performance testing is a plus.
●​ Knowledge of Automation Testing is a plus.
