Duties & Responsibilities :

 Hand on experience in Meridium GE Software and Report updates through IM and


TM module
 Checking the Site Approved WPS/PQR prior to start Welding.
 Inspect Pressure vessels, exchangers, drum, column, tanks, reactors, piping as per
ITP and client.
 PSV Inspection as per SADAF Procedure
 Reviewing Advance NDT Report based on Code and Sabic procedure
 Percentage of inspection decided with client based on findings during inspection.
 After getting concurrence from Client Conduct Repair activity based on findings in
NDT
 Hydro/Pneumatic test will be conducted as per ITP and client requirements.
 Witnessing Box-up activity after completion of all required inspection
 Verifying the approved welding procedure specification is properly exercised
during welding.

 Check all fittings condition, pipe alignment and proper orientation during fit -up /
installation.
 Post completion of a welding job; initiate a final inspection to check for
conformity as per specs.
 Creating inspection scope based on previous history and current condition
 Monitor and ensure all inspection records, acceptance reports are maintained on
a regular basis. Inspection of piping & equipment installation works.
 Flange Face Inspection, Gasket inspection. Manual & High bolt Torqueing Activity
Monitoring.
 Valve Replacement inspection.
 Assist with Tube, PAUT/TOFD,MFL tank floor,AUT corrosion mapping team
 Prepare Hydro test pack preparation. To verify and check the valid calibration

Duties & Responsibilities :

 Checking the Site Approved WPS/PQR prior to start Welding.


 Inspection Activity following as per approved Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
 Witnessing / Review the welder qualification test (or) records as per Approved WPS.
 Review of welding consumables Test Certificates as per Project Specification.
 Ensure that the welding activities carried out by construction and sub-contractors are
performed to the Company standards, specifications and inspections on the activities
involving welding.
 Checking dimensions of materials to ensure that they are in compliance with
requirement on thickness of plate.
 Ensure welding process, preheat and inter-pass temperature are in accordance to
approved specification.
 Checking of weld joint preparation and peripheral edge of flat plate.
 Monitor Welders performance and to ensure that they performed with the limits of their
qualifications.
 Daily check for consumable storage and handling, baking and holding oven temperature
as per specification and related documents.
 Co-ordinate with the client for fit-up and weld visual inspection activities.
 Monitor % of NDE line wise and welder wise as per project requirement
