FAMILY EVENTS
Luis: Angel, good evening. Do you remember a family event
from your past?
Ángel: Luis, good evening. If I remember one that will
remain with me forever, it was my grandparents' 50th
wedding anniversary. We threw a big party at my house,
and my whole family came.
Luis: How beautiful! Tell me more about the party? Did you
have anything decorated with a 50th birthday theme?
Angel: Yes, everything was beautiful with yellow and black
balloons, as well as a banner that read "Happy 50th Golden
Anniversary!" The ceremony lasted an hour, with all the
guests being thanked.
Luis: And anything else that happened a little more
interesting within the party?
Ángel: Of course. As the dance began, one of my little
cousins was drunk, so he fell during the dance, and it was
funny. All our relatives laughed, and the party became even
more fun.
Luis: Sounds like a fun party! Thanks for sharing your
memory, Angel.
Angel: Luis, now it's your turn. What's your most
memorable family event?
Luis: My memorable event with my family is the trip we
went to another country, Ecuador. We had a wonderful time,
I saw many places, and the scenery is very beautiful.
Angel; Sounds interesting. Can you tell me more about
planning the trip?
Luis: Of course! We'd been planning the trip for months. The
whole family saved up, and we set off in a private van. My
brother drove, and I was his guide.
Ángel: That trip must have been long. Did everything go
according to plan?
Luis: Yes it was hard. There came a time when we were all
tired of sitting, but all in all we enjoyed the ride, an
experience we all must go through.
Angel: Thank you for your memory, take care of yourself
Luis: Take care of yourself too, bye.
