*** FOR THEY PAY/ UPS (United States Postal Service) WE ARE NOT ASSIGNING ANY DASHBOARD (EITHER RLB1/ AZNG)***

*** DIRECT TENDER IS NOT ENTERTAINED BY AMAZON; WE ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO IT***

//SKEDS ------> Even if it shows the CPT Load is active, but when we open the SSP Tool but there are no loads, volume, etc.
Then we can cross check the data from SKEDS.//

Edit -----------> Scenario 1: If we have added a load post CPT Time, if there is no carrier who has accepted the tender, then we
could go ahead and Edit the time for the load, if a carrier has accepted the load, we are not supposed to Edit the time, we
could request the site to raise another case in the queue so that we can Add another load at the correct CPT Time.

Scenario 2: If it is post SDT time, and if there is no carrier who has accepted the tender, then we have to ask the Site to ask
the DM Team to edit it according the DM's SOP, and if the tender has been accepted, then we contact the DM Team to do
the necessary.

Subcarrier ----------> It basically means the Trailer of the carrier. *Subcarrier section should always be blank.*

- While cloning/ adding, we are not supposed to add any subcarrier, if there is any subcarrier name written in the
section, then we are supposed to remove it.

RF (Roll Freight (Left Over Volume) - The left over volume is loaded into the next available CPT Time/ It is the volume that is
coming from the previous CPT Time so that there will be no DEA miss, there will be multiple CPTs in a day so that the PDD is
assured for the customers. If in case the Left Over Volume is going next day after the PDD, then it comes into a DEA Miss.

- If the truck filter is changed for the above volume/ load then the packages are Re-SLAMmed.

- DAY (Day)
- MOR (Morning) Group 1
- TWI (Twilight)
- NIT (Night)

- CART-0
- CART-A Group 2
- CART-B

- CYC 1/ Sometimes CART-B comes into the group ----------> Group 3/ Different Group
Not the same group
- CYC 2 ------------------------------------------------------------------> Group 4/ Different Group

FV (Future Volume) - The volume that is sent form Facility to Sort Center even before the customer has ordered, so that the
order is delivered before the PDD (sometimes), this is known as Future Volume.

- In some cases when a customer cancels an order of a particular product but he cancels the order, the order is still in
the
Sort Center, and when another customer orders the same product, the cancelled order is re-labelled in the Sort Center
by SLAMming process and then the order is delivered to the customer. (Just to clarify this, SLAMming is done in both
Facilities and Sort Centers).

CPT View - CPT View is the tool used to check the RF/FV, In this "Completed CPTs" is RF Volume and "In Progress CPTs" mean
FV Volume.

- We only check the "Expected" section to check the roll freight volume.
-

New Section 5 Page 1

- We check RF/ FV Volume only in Sort Center.
- We check RF Volume only in the Facility (Fulfillment Center).

Route Dashboard (TNT (Transportation Network Topology)) - To check the route details like Shipper Account, Equipment
Type, Primary Carrier, Transit Time. Basically means to check the Transit Time to justify whether it is a UTP/ Non-UTP Lane.

Rodeo - To check the actual count of scheduled and slammed packages at the FC. Checking the status of the packages until
they are slammed. (We use SSP Tools for our reference and the Facilities use Rodeo for their reference).

TRT - Trailer Ready Time.

While using Sort Group Editor, in the place of Origin we put the Origin Code and in the place of Truck Filter, we put both the
Destination - Truck Filter code.
