Associate Software Engineer

with Exposure across multiple areas of Finance and Technology.
What you’ll do.

Within you’re role you’ll be placed into the finance teams and will support on a variety of
activities, for example:

• Participates in software design meetings and analyses user needs to determine


technical requirements Technical design, systems analysis, coding, unit and
integration testing of changes to existing applications.
• Create Unit Tests, with the goal of increasing test coverage of overall system.
• Support and Enhance Nightly Build Automations & interacts with internal
stakeholders to deliver various technology solutions.
• Support key operational relationships with Clients. Day-to-day client interactions
while identifying and prioritizing key client service issues.
• Support and coordinate the execution of the processes enabling success.
• Be an active team player in an agile development environment Maintenance of
existing features/modules.
• Interpreting internal/external business challenges and recommending design
solutions or best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
• Identifies risks through journey mapping and service gap analysis, and provides
input for consideration to the line of business risk register as appropriate.

What you’ll need:

• Knowledge in Business, Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering,


E&TC, or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of variety of coding languages a plus (eg, HTML/HTML5,Java, C++,
JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, XML, WCF, ASP.NET MVC, XSLT, Windows Services,
MSMQ, AngularJS 2, ASP.NET Web API, BootStrap, TypeScript, GIT, Kentico).
• A desire to learn and grow professionally across one or various functions within
the firm.
• Curious and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
• Self-starter, ability to work in a virtual environment as needed.
