We refer to your email dated 13 November 2023, in which we were requested to provide our
legal service proposal for providing drafting service of a memorandum of agreement (MOA).
With our expertise and capability in contract matters including negotiating and drafting
contracts for both governmental related and private sectors we can offer our valuable services
to assist you in this matter. Our scope of services and fee proposal will be as follows:

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Based on the information supplied or enquired from you, we will provide you with our services
in relation to the drafting of MOA in compliance with Thai laws:

The services will include our presentation on the basis used in drafting the MOA.

SUPPLY OF INFORMATION

You will supply us any documents and factual information requested in relation to the MOA.

2. Our presentation on the basis used in drafting the MOA.

FEE PROPOSAL

Our fee for providing services under the scope of work is charged at a fixed fee of
70,000 Baht, exclusive of VAT and out-of-pocket expenses. Any additional work will be
estimated upon request of such additional service.

TIME FRAME

We estimate that, after this proposal is accepted, the work should be completed within
7 working days for Deliverables.

COLLECTION POLICY

Our fee will be invoiced and collected in the month following the month in which the service
is rendered. We would appreciate your prompt settlement of our invoice.

Please let us know if this legal service proposal is acceptable to you via return email. If so,
kindly sign and date this proposal in the blue box below and return the scanned signed copy
to us for our record.
