We’re looking for passionate, curious, and proactive Full Stack (MERN)
developers who are either freshers or early-career professionals. If you’re eager to

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
●​ Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and maintain scalable
web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js,
Node.js).
●​ Assist in building and integrating RESTful APIs and frontend UI components.
●​ Participate in code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and product planning.
●​ Explore and experiment with new technologies as per project or team needs.
●​ Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively suggest better solutions.
●​ Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.​

●​ Strong learning mindset – you love to explore, read docs, and build
prototypes.
●​ Good understanding of JavaScript, CSS, OOP Concepts, Database
Concepts, and familiarity with Data Structures is mandatory.
●​ Ability to take initiative – we value curiosity and individuals who aren’t
afraid to try new things.
●​ Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
●​ Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and take feedback
constructively.

🔧 Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)


●​ Experience with Git/GitHub workflows.
●​ Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Firebase).
●​ Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or Docker.
