manage in conflict situations – negotiations and psychology aspect, employee

(knowledge about risk management: ability to define state of risk and its analysis,

Problem description and concept
The problem is very often defined as a final effect expectation that suggests
a concept for solving the problem.
Before starting the project it is necessary to make sure if solving the problem is defined
properly. This is grounds for showing the clues for further activities. At this stage vision,
mission and aims are formulated.
Vision – collection of needs, willingness and (optionally) client’s pleasure, which are
necessary to problem solving (to project realization)

Tasks to do:
1. clarify the problem by defining the subject of the project,
2. determine the vision,
3. build a mission for the project,
4. describe the project structure and specify the steering committee and advisory committee,
5. describe the method of choosing the project leader (requirements),
6. build a plan by specifying a set of tasks to be performed along with the type (type) of employees needed,
7. describe the way of recruiting employees - how was the project team built?
