V. Gathering Data
(Please create a data table for the measured and observed quantities for your variables. The table
below is just an example; you may create your own.)

Title of the data table:

(State the independent (What is being measured / dependent
variables used in variable) Mean
the experiment) Trial 1 Trial 2 Trial 3

VI. Analyzing Data (Please graph your observations for a better visual presentation of data. You may use
bar graph, line graph or pie chart depending on the dependent and independent variables and data you
gathered.)

Guide Questions
1. What is being investigated in the experiment?
2. Which is the control setup in your experiment?
3. Which is the constant/ independent/ dependent variable?
4. What result do you expect to observe that will support your hypothesis? Did you observe the same
results after the experiment?

VII. Conclusion
(State what you observed in the experiment. Is your hypothesis correct? What conclusion/s can you
derive from the experiment? You may compose a 2-paragraph conclusion. You may start the last
sentence with “ The researchers therefore conclude that….”).

VIII. Photo documentation

Please be informed of your future task:

Your team will discuss your answers in class.
Use PowerPoint Presentation / Canva. Avoid too much design (too many designs and graphics sometimes
become distractions to the audience).
Include the names of the members in the PPT.
The PPT must be submitted a day before the presentation.
