Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) required a single
electronic land administration database that would act as a
definitive and conclusive record of the ownership, transfer, and
use rights of all land in the province. The digital system would
accurately implement the procedures defined in the provincial 2014

government’s Land Records Manual.

and mutation of land rights, easy activity monitoring, and
complete data integrity to reduce the chances of fraud.
