Theme: Fundamental Computer Skills and Software Use

1. MS Word & MS PowerPoint


o Compare clipboard, fonts, paragraph, and editing tools.
o Create short documents and presentations using basic features.
o Apply formatting (fonts, styles, alignment).
2. Desktop & File Management
o Personalize desktop background and themes.
o Organize, rename, move files using File Explorer.
3. MS Excel – Basic Introduction
o Enter data in cells.
o Basic formatting and understanding rows, columns, and cells.
4. Web Browsing & Internet Navigation
o Open browser, visit websites, use hyperlinks, and manage bookmarks.
5. Email Skills
o Create and manage email accounts.
o Send and receive emails with attachments.
6. Downloading & Uploading
o Practice saving downloaded content into folders.

o Indents, borders, and paragraph spacing.
2. Excel – Formulas & Formatting
o Use of functions (SUM, AVERAGE).
o Merge cells, wrap text, set margins, headers, footers.
3. Web Customization & Social Media Use
o Add bookmarks, manage cookies.
o Create tables comparing social media platforms.
4. Networking Concepts
o Draw and label topologies.
o Describe PAN, LAN, MAN, WAN.
5. Programming Foundations (Scratch / Blockly / Python)
o Use variables, constants, and data types.
o Debugging and matching programming terms.
6. Introduction to Algorithms
