Communication skills - Chapter 1

 Communication is: The process of creating and sharing ideas, information, views, facts, feelings
from one place, person or group to another.
 The communicator tries to achieve one or more of the following objectives.
-To be heard -To be understood -To be accepted - To get action taken

What is The Communication


The steps between a source and a receiver that result in the transference and understanding of meaning.

Key Parts of Communication


The Sender initiates message

Decoding the receiver’s action in making sense of the message
