REGARDING.

Respected Madam,
I am a student of B.Tech (Civil Engineering) 1st Year bearing the College Roll Number
23CE013. I am failing Short Attendance in Main Subjects for CIA-1 during the academic year
2023-23.
I hereby undertake to make up the deficiency in my attendance during next period for
upcoming CIA-2, I have studied for CIA-1 and I will score very good marks, Just give me a
chance to give the exam of all 5 subjects, I am also ready to submit extra assignments before
CIA-1, failing which my name may be struck off the College Exams forthwith.
I further undertake to attend all my classes regularly and take park in all the Academic
Activities of the College viz. Internal Tests, Class Tests, Tutorials, Seminars etc.
