Senior Product Manager - Payments

Context on the role:
For one of our product teams in Financial Services Stream we are looking for a data and
business driven Senior Product Manager. If you are passionate about solving both
Customers and Sellers problems, especially with the use payments that's an exciting
opportunity for you!
As a part of Booksy you will actively contribute ideas and hypotheses to tackle problem
statements around Booksy No-Show Protection solution. You will lead the strategic
Financial Services team while developing one of Booksy’s top three top rated features by
deeply understanding the needs and motivations of our business through rigorous analysis
of data and customer feedback and drive growth in key business metrics by continuously
iterating on product features and enhancements.
Your responsibilities:
● Define No-Show Protection strategy both in terms of further product
development and its scaling and commercialization.
● Work diligently to turn the product vision into reality. Defining the mission of a
given part of Booksy, main KPIs and defining and quantifying the main
problems.
● Take the lead in coordinating cross-functional teams to prioritize and plan efforts
aimed at achieving product goals aligned with key performance indicators and
business objectives.
● Utilize data-driven insights to measure product performance, identify areas for
improvement, and implement appropriate solutions.
● Define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize product backlogs
to ensure timely and effective delivery.
● Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer
interviews to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design,
marketing, and customer support, to drive the successful development.
● Drive the development of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring a
seamless end-to-end experience for our customers.
● Provide mentorship and guidance (eg. sharing of experience, specific cases,
anything that develops people with less experience) to junior and mid-level
product managers.
Our requirements:
● Experience in the Product area preferably in the payments domain
● Proficient in agile product development methodologies and tools
● Ability to identify core issues, describe them as problem statement and
effectively break them down into actionable steps, guiding the team towards
efficient solutions.
● Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable
insights and drive data-informed decision making.
● Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with
cross-functional teams and stakeholders (up to C-level).
● A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
● Demonstrate a proactive approach to taking charge of product domain and the
ability to work autonomously
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related
field would be a plus.
