Course Aim:

The course aims to foster a deep understanding and appreciation of the English language. It is designed to equip students with the
knowledge and skills necessary to use English effectively and efficiently. The course emphasizes the development of listening, writing
and reading comprehension, along with a strong command on vocabulary. Moreover, the focus is on the precise and effective use of
language in conveying information.

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs):

At the conclusion of the course, students will be able to:

 Communicate efficiently in English using reading skills and through enhanced vocabulary and have command of the various
modes of writing.
 Participate in speaking effectively and have a command of the various techniques of speaking, encompassing individual
presentations and group discussions.
 Construct composition utilizing correct sentence structure and appropriate grammatical rules.
