SUBJECT: Request for Correction of Date of Birth and Gender on University Records

Respected Sir Abdul Qadir Ansari,

I am writing to bring your attention to an error in my personal details as recorded in the


university's system and reflected on my transcript. Specifically, my date of birth and
gender have been incorrectly entered.

1. Date of Birth:
The correct date of birth is 7th April 2004, whereas the records incorrectly reflect it as
4th July 2004.

2.Gender:
I am female, but the records mistakenly show my gender as male.
These discrepancies seem to have arisen from the information I provided during my
admission process. I kindly request your assistance in rectifying these errors in the
university's official records, including my transcript and any other relevant documents.

I have attached copies of my identification documents, such as my matriculation SSC


(part1and2) means my matric marksheet and my CINIC national ID card, which confirm
the correct information.

I would be grateful if you could please initiate the process of updating these details at
the earliest convenience. Your prompt action on this matter will be highly appreciated
as it is crucial for the accuracy of my academic and personal records.
