The Operational Management course explores the principles and strategies for designing,
managing, and optimizing business operations. Through theoretical exploration and
practical applications, students will learn how to enhance efficiency, quality, and
productivity across various organizational processes.

 Introduce students to the concepts and theories of operational management.
 Develop skills in designing and managing efficient processes and systems.
 Equip students with tools for decision-making to improve quality and productivity.
