several sub-servers to connect to that instance, you need to ensure that the individual servers (especially master server and sub-

Software AG representative.

Universal Messaging/webMethods Broker supports application servers based on Java EE standards by way of the Java EE Connector Architecture (JCA) 1.5 and JMS
Application Server Facilities (ASF). Universal Messaging/webMethods Broker includes a resource adapter that works with JCA 1.5, uses the JMS client library, and integrates
well with application servers. You can use Universal Messaging/webMethods Broker with application servers using either the JCA resource adapter or ASF. Universal
Messaging/webMethods Broker is tested to work with Oracle WebLogic, JBoss enterprise editions, and IBM WebSphere application servers. Software AG Support will handle
any issues pertaining to resource adapter operation with JCA 1.5 or ASF. For issues specific to the application server configuration or the JCA container of the application
server, report those issues to the respective application server vendors.

Customers may run Software AG products on Linux distributions like Oracle Linux and other Linux distributions that are stated to be compatible with the
Linux distributions supported by Software AG products. If they encounter an issue that might be related to Software AG products, Technical Services may ask
the customer to reproduce the issue on the Red Hat or SUSE distributions that are supported before analyzing the issue further.

Software AG tests its software against specific versions of operating systems and supported products (RDBMSs, JDKs, browsers, application servers, directory
servers) and not specifically against all possible combinations of patches, fixes and hardware that might comprise that platform. Therefore, Software AG may
not use the exact same versions of fixes, patches or service packs for operating systems and supported software products, when troubleshooting a customer
issue.
