 For an individual or organization to remain vibrant and
valuable in the ever changing world, building necessary
capabilities in relevant areas becomes unavoidable.
 Capacity building is a process by which an individual or
organization obtains or acquires the skills, tools,
knowledge, equipment or other resources needed to do
their jobs in an effective and efficient manner.
 Capacity building is a long-term, ongoing and a never
ending process. It requires constant commitment and
consistent determination, considering the dynamics and
complexity of ever changing world.
 Being current is the currency of the world. For an
individual to be relevant to his/her organization, he/she
must always be updated and constantly improve on
his/her skills and expertise.
