1. What is the Application cost for SRMJEEE 2025?


Ans: The Application cost is Rs.1400 for each Phase of SRMJEEE

2. How many Phases are there in SRMJEEE 2025?


Ans: SRMJEEE 2025 will have 3 Phases.

3. When will be SRMJEEE 2025 Entrance exam Conducted?


Ans: SRMJEEE 2025 - Phase I Main Exam : 22.04.2025 to 27.04.2025
SRMJEEE 2025 - Phase II Main Exam : 12.06.2025 to 17.06.2025
SRMJEEE 2025 - Phase III Main Exam : 04.07.2025 to 05.07.2025

4. What is the mode of Examination?


Ans: Mode of Examination will be online (Remote Proctored Online Mode). The student can write
the exam from home. The student can attempt the test with desktop or laptop. The student
cannot write the exam using Mobile Phone. The test will be AI monitored, as well as proctors
and super proctors will be present. The detailed instructions regarding system configuration,
Internet speed will be mailed to the students and will be available in the website one week
before the exam.

5. How many slots will be available per day during the exam dates?
Ans: There will be two slots per day during the exam dates. When the slot booking is open
(tentatively 2 days before the start of exam), the student can book convenient slots. Once the
slot is booked, the student can download the Hall Tickets.

6. Are there any mock tests conducted?


Ans: Yes, there will be a mock test conducted before the main exam. Mock Test can be taken by
the students at their convenience.

10. I have done the payment for Application but in portal, status is pending?
Ans: Kindly wait for 24 hours or you can post your query under technical query Category.

Ans: Online Payment (Debit card, Credit card, UPI, Net banking).

12. What are the Documents to be uploaded in the Application?


Ans: Photo Image and Signature Image

13. Is the Application fee is Refundable?


Ans: Application fee is Non- Refundable.

14. How to edit the course preference in the application form, which is already submitted?
Ans: Course/Campus preference selected at the time of application is only for statistical
purposes, the actual course preference can be selected at the time of counseling based on
SRMJEEE – Rank and availability of seats.

17. Whether I need to submit separate application for each phase?


Ans: Yes, the students need to submit separate application for
each phase.
18. What is the last date to submit the application form?
Ans: SRMJEEE 2025 - Phase I:
Last date for applications- 16.04.2025
SRMJEEE 2025 - Phase II:
Last date for applications- 06.06.2025

SRMJEEE 2025 - Phase III:


Last date for applications- 30.06.2025

19. Will the counselling for each phase be held separately?


Ans: The counselling will be held in online mode for each phase separately. Once allotted the
student will have to pay the fees within the stipulated time and the Provisional Allotment
letter (PAL) will be generated.

20. If the student had paid the admission fees, will the fees be refunded?
Ans: Once admitted, the fees will be refunded as per norms of AICTE.

21. Will the JEE Main/ SAT scores be considered for admission to the B.Tech. Degree programme?
Ans: We do consider JEE Main / Sat score for B.Tech International admission.

22. I am an Indian but have completed my 10+2 system of Higher Secondary Education abroad.
What would I enter under the 'Nationality' field in such case?
Ans: If you are an Indian citizen but have completed your 10+2 education abroad, you should
select "Indian" under the 'Nationality' field when applying for SRMJEEE. However, you may also
be asked to provide additional information about your educational background, such as your
place of schooling or the country where you completed your 10+2.

23. What is SRMJEEE Provisional Allotment Letter?


Ans: Upon payment of the SRMJEEE registration fee and counselling fee, a Provisional allotment
letter and fee receipt will be issued. Failure to pay the counselling fee within the stipulated time
will lead to the cancellation of the allotment. The admission committee will allot the choice of
campus, programme and specialisation based on the admission criteria such as SRM Joint
Entrance Examination Rank, Qualifying Examination, etc. The Programmed allotment will be
published in the Online Admission Portal (OAP).
24. Will the SRMJEEE result be available online?
Ans: Yes, the SRMJEEE result will be available online. Once the exam is conducted and the
results are declared, candidates can check their rank on the Admission Portal. You'll typically
need to log in using your application number and DOB details to access your result. Make sure
to regularly check the website for updates regarding the result release date and any further
steps.

25. What is the next step after SRMJEEE result is announced?


Ans: After the SRMJEEE result is announced, the next steps are as follows:

 Check Your Result and Rank:

Log in to the SRMJEEE Admission portal using your registration credentials to check your
rank.

 Counseling and Seat Allotment:

Candidates who qualify the exam will be invited for the counseling process. The counseling
is typically conducted in multiple rounds online. During counseling, you’ll need to choose your
preferred course and campus (SRM has multiple campuses).

 Seat Confirmation:

Based on your rank and availability of seats in your chosen branch, you will be allocated a
seat. After that, you will need to confirm your seat by paying the admission fee within the
specified timeline.

 Payment of Fees:

Once you have been allotted a seat, you'll need to pay the fees to confirm your admission.
The fee structure can vary depending on the campus and course chosen.

26. Is it compulsory for candidates to appear for all phases of SRMJEEE?


Ans: No, it is not mandatory for candidates to appear in all phases of SRMJEEE. However, you can
choose to apply for either Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3 or all, based on your preference.

27. Is there any negative marking in SRMJEEE?


Ans: No, there is no negative marking in SRMJEEE.
28. Do I need to be an expert in computer operations to take the SRMJEEE online exam?
Ans: No, you do not need to be an expert in computer operations to take the SRMJEEE online
exam. The exam is designed to be user-friendly, and basic computer skills such as using a
mouse, keyboard, and navigating through multiple-choice questions are sufficient.

However, it is recommended to familiarize yourself with the online exam interface before the
test. SRM often provides a mock test or a practice session before the actual exam to help you
get comfortable with the format and navigation of the online test

29. Is there any age limit for SRMJEEE?


Ans: Candidates who will have reached the age of 16 years and 6 months by July 31st of the
year in which they are appearing for the 12th board examination are eligible for SRMJEEE.
Additionally, candidates should not have a gap of more than 3 years after completing their 12th
grade.

30. What are the system requirements for SRMJEEE online exam?
Ans: For the SRMJEEE online exam, you will need:
 A desktop or laptop with a functional webcam.
 Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser installed.
 A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 2 Mbps.
 A microphone (if needed for verification) and headphones for better sound quality.
