Hiring: Frontend Developer (React/Next.

js) – On-Site/Hybrid Role

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with expertise in React.js / Next.js to build
scalable, high-performance UI applications. If you’re passionate about crafting stunning user

🔹 Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and maintain modern, responsive UIs using React.js or Next.js.


✅ Implement Tailwind CSS + ShadCN for rapid, scalable, and beautiful styling.
✅ Manage application state efficiently using React Query (TanStack).
✅ Handle API calls with Axios / React Query for fetching and caching data.
✅ Build and validate forms with React Hook Form for seamless user interactions.
✅ Implement NextAuth.js (if using Next.js) for secure authentication using OAuth/JWT.
✅ Integrate WebSockets (Socket.IO) for real-time interactions like live chat and AI-based
features.
✅ Enhance UI experience with Framer Motion for smooth animations and transitions.
✅ Collaborate closely with backend developers and designers to ensure seamless integration.
✅ Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and SEO.

🔹 Requirements:

✔ 2+ years of experience in frontend development with React.js / Next.js.


✔ Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+ features.
✔ Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS, ShadCN, and component-based design.
✔ Knowledge of React Query (TanStack) for efficient API handling.
✔ Experience with form validation using React Hook Form.
✔ Familiarity with authentication systems like NextAuth.js.
✔ Understanding of WebSockets (Socket.IO) for real-time data updates.
✔ Proficiency in API integrations using Axios / React Query.
✔ Experience with Framer Motion for animations is a plus.
✔ Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
✔ Open to working on-site or in a hybrid setup (no fully remote option).
