1. Reflect on Observations:

o Discuss what went well, such as effective communication or


well-structured responses.

o Highlight areas for improvement, like asking clearer questions


or elaborating more on answers.

2. Document Insights: Write your reflection on the interaction,


focusing on key takeaways and lessons learned.

Final Submission

Ensure the following are included:

1. Interview Transcript (with rephrased questions and answers).

2. Observer’s Reflection detailing observations and suggestions
