01 SWOODBOX
SWOODBoxes are SOLIDWORKS parametric
sub-assemblies that allow you to drag-and-drop hard-
ware elements such as drawers, hinges, shelves,
dividers, cable grommets and any 3D elements you
wish to reuse (including using SOLIDWORKS func-
tions such as sheet metal or weldment tools). The
machining associated with these components are
also included.
02 CONNECTORS
Allows you to add assembly functions such as Lamel-
los, dowels, excentrics, tenons / mortises, etc. to
your projects by automatically detecting the contact
surfaces between your panels and wood parts and
by controlling them via parametric functions.

With SWOOD Design, you can manage all the param-
eters related to the wood material such as the direc-
tion of the grain, the thickness of the panel, the exten-
sions of the stock, the curved panels, the composite
panels, and the components such as edgebands or
laminate by simple drag and drop.
04 LAYOUT MODE
Create entire rooms using the layout mode (kitchen,
store fitting, dressing room, etc.) by reusing your
frames templates and easily change the dimensions
of the various pieces of furniture that make up the
assembly.
AUTOMATIC DATA

Once the design is finished, it is possible to export all
the project data: cutting list, hardware list, program
list with label information, bills of material, costs of
the different components, panel dividing saw export.
The export is completely customizable and allows to
output documents with various file format : XLS, PDF,

SWOOD CAM solution supports woodwork-
ing CNC machines and their specific technol-
ogies.
It allows you to link the design information to
the CNC machines by generating the neces-
sary programs and production documents
for your machining operations.

Thanks to the geometric recognition algorithm, most
of the common machining operations are detected
automatically: pockets, contours, grooves, drills, saw
cuts, and Lamello cuts. As a result, most programs
can be created automatically and consistently.
