Assignment – 4

Fixed LOD
In this fixed i want to show the fixed sales so i kept in columns category, city,
segment rows sales and i created the new calculation field and write my code in
that field (EG: FIXED [Sub-Category] SUM[Sales])
Exclude LOD
In this exclude i want to show the perfect calculation of dimension of view so i
kept in columns product name, city ROWS-PROFIT and i created the new
calculation field and write my code in that field
(EG (EXCLUDE [Product Name] SUM([Profitl)))
Filled Map
In this filled map i want to show the profits of each state in maps, so i kept in
marks state as color, profit as label, region as detail.
Dual Axis Map
In this map i want to show the profits and sales combined each state in maps so
I kept in columns the longitude and in rows I kept a latitude so I kept both
latitudes by dragging it along CRTL CLICK ON LATITUDE after that you will get
two types of latitudes in the second latitude you should take the what you kept
before in that so I kept the profit IN FIRST LATITUDE no I kept sales now in
second latitude and now in the all section you will get the options colour and
size and you can do the colour and different options and after that you have to
click on latitude on second side and click the right click and do the dual axis and
you will get the options that combined the sales and profit as shown in the
sheet.
Top N Parameter
In this i want to show the subcategory sales in by top n parameter filter so I kept
in columns sales and in the rows I kept sub category for the sales showing and I
kept index for a numerical numbers by order wise as shown in the sheet and
after that I kept sub category in filter and after clicking what you created in
parameter and right click and click show the filter and you will get the options
and after that i kept in ascending or descending order to show by top.
Dimension Parameter
In this i want to show the sales by categories, sub categories.product name by
using parameter and calculated field in the columns i kept the sales and so first
of all I created a parameter and I kept giving by product name,category, sub
category in the list option and after that I kept a code in a calculated field now in
the parameter, right click on parameter and you will get the show filter so click
on that and you will get right side you will get filter option to filter the category,
sub category product name after created that solution and i dragged into the
rows option i filter like that.
