Step 1: Access the Edu-Mojo ERP System

1. Open Edu-mojo the ERP and login


2. Enter your login credentials:
o Username (email address or ID assigned to you)
o Password
3. Click on the 'Login' button to access the ERP system.

Step 2: Navigate to the 'Market Place' Section

1. Once logged in, find and select the ‘Marketplace’ module from the main dashboard or menu options.

2. You will see the above. To place your order for the Uniforms, click on Uniforms tab, for text books and
notebook bundles click on the textbook tab and so on.
3. Before placing the order for Uniforms you are advised to do sizing as the pattern and uniform vendor
have changed and the sizes may not be the same as last year.
4. Select on the item that you wish to order, select the size and quantity and add to cart. Once you have
added all the required articles, click on the cart to see all the material ordered for.

Step 3: Search for the Product(s)

1. Filter by product type, category, or other relevant filters (size, color, etc.) to narrow down the
results.
2. Once you find the desired product, add it to the cart.

Step 4: Select Quantity and Customization (if applicable)

1. Choose the quantity of the product you wish to order.


2. Add the product to your cart by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
Step 5: Review the Cart

1. Go to the Cart or Checkout page to review the products you’ve added.


2. Double-check the quantities, and total price.
3. If you need to modify the cart (e.g., change quantity or remove items), do so here.

Step 6: Customer and Shipping Information

1. Fill in or confirm customer details such as:


o Billing Address
o Shipping Address (if different from the billing address)
o Contact Information
2. Fill in the correct information to get timely deliveries.

Step 7: Payment Information

1. Select a payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, or other integrated payment systems).
2. Enter payment details (e.g., card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.).
3. Review payment details to ensure everything is correct.

Step 8: Review and Confirm Order

1. Review the entire order summary (items, quantities, prices, shipping info, payment details).
2. Confirm the order details are accurate.
3. If everything looks good, click on the ‘Place Order’ button.

Step 9: Order Confirmation

1. After the order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address with order
details.

Step 10: Track and Manage Orders

1. You’ll receive updates on order processing, shipping, and delivery.


2. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a 5 digit OTP via WhatsApp. The OTP will need to be
given to the courier boy for the delivery process to be completed.
