Setback for Institutional:

• Road Right-of-Way (RROW) Width (meters) = Below 10.00


➢ Front : 5m
➢ Side : 3m
➢ Rear: 3m

From Table VIII.1 – Reference Table of Maximum Allowable PSO, Maximum Allowable ISA, the
MACA, the Minimum USA and the TOSL by Type of Land Use Zoning per Lot
For Institutional without firewall:

• PSO = 50% of TLA


• ISA = 20% of TLA
• USA = 30% of TLA
• TOSL = ISA + USA
= 20% + 30%
= 50% of TLA
• MACA = PSO + ISA
= 50% + 20%
= 70% of TLA
• Checking: TLA = PSO +TOSL
= 50% + 50%
= 100%
• AMBF=50% OF TLA
=690.2595 𝑚2
