Environmental problems like climate change and pollution affect the whole

Those who favor an international body argue that global issues need global
solutions. Climate change crosses borders, so a unified effort, like the Paris
Agreement, can be more effective. However, others argue that national
governments understand their specific environmental challenges better. Local
policies can address unique issues that may not be relevant globally.

In my view, the best solution is a mix of both. Global coordination can set
standards, while national governments handle local concerns. Working together
offers the most effective way to tackle environmental problems.
