1. Hassan is an IT manager who is setting up a corporate office network. The office has multiple
departments, each with different data access needs and bandwidth requirements.
Questions:
1. Explain how can Hassan design an efficient network topology that ensures both scalability
and security?
2. Describe the concept of Firewalls and VLANs play in this network? Can they enhance
security?

2. A university is developing an Online Exam System where students can register for exams, take tests,
and view their results.
Question:

1. Explain what tables would you create to store students, exams, questions, and results?
Explain the relationships.
2. If the exam system crashes in the middle of an exam, explain how will you ensure that
students don’t lose their progress?
